Refund Policy

Effective Date: 02/05/2025

At Swank Firearms (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and federal regulations, all refunds are issued solely at our discretion. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Firearms & Ammunition

  • All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Once a firearm or ammunition has been transferred to the customer or an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If a firearm is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer for warranty service. We do not accept returns for manufacturer defects.

2. Other Products

  • Returns and refunds on non-firearm items (e.g., accessories, optics, gear) are at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase for consideration.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • A cancellation fee of 15% may apply.

  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard refund policy applies.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • Swank Firearms is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once marked as delivered.

  • If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for review. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion.
