1. Shipping Restrictions

Firearms can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL’s license before shipment.

Ammunition, magazines, and other restricted items are subject to federal, state, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for knowing their state and local laws before ordering.

We do not ship firearms, ammunition, or restricted items to states or areas where prohibited by law.

We do not ship internationally.
2. Processing & Handling Times

Orders typically ship within 7 business days after payment and required documents (such as an FFL) are received.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to regulatory requirements.

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Firearms must be shipped via [UPS/FedEx/USPS] per carrier and federal guidelines.

Some items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Swank Firearms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details for a claim.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
5. Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Firearms and ammunition sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

Returns on non-firearm items are accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging (restocking fees may apply).
